v0.12.1

 ## Added
    - The scoreboard shows the engine state next to the round timer. It reads "Running", "Paused",
or "Final Round" when the engine is paused but the current round is still counting down. The
backend sends a `current_engine_state` SSE event when a client connects and each time the
scheduler reads the settings. Only the default theme displays it. The template and irsec-2026
themes receive the value but don't render it yet
    - Every log line carries `service`, `host` and `pid` fields, plus `node` when `HERMES_NODE` is
set. The Swarm compose file sets `HERMES_NODE` to the node's hostname, so container logs say
      which machine they came from

 ## Changed
    - A fresh database creates the default admin account as `admin` instead of `default`. Existing
databases keep their account as it is
    - Log files are named `<service>-<host>-<pid>.log` in `/opt/comp/hermes/logs`, replacing
`hermes_backend_log` and `minion-<host>-<random>_log`. Minions and KOTH minions use the same
`<service>-<host>-<pid>` string as their name. A replaced container has a new hostname, so it
starts a new log file and the old one stays on disk
